REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except as explicitly outlined below.

Role of the Platform and Liability

This online ordering service is powered by our technology provider, Retail Solutions. Retail Solutions provides the digital transaction platform but does not prepare, handle, or deliver items. Therefore, all issues regarding items quality, missing items, or incorrect preparation are the sole responsibility of the fulfilling restaurant.

Quality-Related Refunds

Requests for refunds due to items quality or order accuracy must be directed to and approved directly by the restaurant. Retail Solutions cannot issue refunds for items-related complaints without explicit authorization from the store management.

Cancellations

Because items preparation is time-sensitive, orders can only be canceled for a full refund before the restaurant has accepted the order and begun preparation. Once preparation has commenced, orders are considered final and are generally non-refundable.

Platform and Technical Errors

If you experience a technical billing error caused by our software platform (such as an accidental double charge), The restaurant will process a refund for the erroneous charge. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank statement.
